Is she breastfed, or formula? Formula fed babies have BM more often than breastfed babies. If she’s breastfed, consider fiber rich foods in your diet (passes to baby through your milk) cherries are great too! When in doubt, never hurts to leave a message for a nurse at your pediatrician’s office. They are used to first time moms and our sometimes clueless questions. LOL TRUST me, I know! I call and they go, oh it’s her again. Good luck!
My baby robyn is really a month old… she’s been really fussy for that past three times and i’ve observed she’s only pooped like three or four times, i put a few drops of castor essential oil in her bottle which helped her feces like once however I don’t really understand what else to do to assist her. I’m the initial mom and I simply need a little advice to assist her.
castor oil is okay but it would be to strong to supply directly, instead therapeutic massage a drop or even two onto the woman’s lower abdomin (under stomach button). I also have read that whenever a baby is constipated as well as u rub below there belly switch, it can assist by circulation, you will actuslly have the ability to feel a minor hardness, (which is really a full intestine), however seriously don’t be concerned, it is normal and can hopefully work by itself out. if you see more tham 4-5 times go bye with no poop, then see your physician.
